The underground rail station (routes U74 and U76) is only 100 metres away. Both routes take you into the centre of Düsseldorf in just a short time. Düsseldorf international airport is around 10–15 minutes away. Perfect connections to the motorway network, as in just a few minutes you can reach the A44/A52 and A57 motorways. The living room features two cosy television armchairs and a modern LCD TV with digital cable reception. The adjoining kitchen area is fitted with a dishwasher, oven with four hobs, a microwave and a fridge. A basic selection of crockery and cooking utensils is also provided. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner round off the fittings and furnishings. The breakfast bar to seat two people also makes an ideal home office desk. The high quality bathroom is fitted with a shower. A washing machine and dryer are also installed here. An outdoor sitting area can be found next to the entrance. This provides you with a wonderful view of the greenery. Bedlinen and towels are provided. The rent of €995 for one person includes all energy costs, running costs, use of the internet connection (up to 120 Mbit/s) and fortnightly cleaning of the property. The landlord/landlady is responsible for final cleaning at the end of your stay. This will be invoiced according to the work involved, at a rate of €25 per hour.
